Hey friends! For todays video, I wanted to share how you can find really affordable DIY supplies at other places then the Dollar Tree! We all love a good deal but it's totally possible to find affordable products at places like Amazon, Walmart, even Etsy!

1dollarthings allows you to search for live prices of thousands of products on some of the best websites. I searched on Amazon for products under $2 and found some really cool products. 1dollarthings is free to use and the prices they give are always live and up-to date. I would totally recommend searching Walmart's website through 1dollarthings bc I was able to score sneaker for .95cents! Crazy, I know!

Hey friends! Christmas is Coming!!! Today I'm sharing a Target Shop with Me for Christmas 2017 & Target Haul! We walk around the Target Bullseye Playground to see all there $1-7 items! I love the chic-ness of so many of the Target items. They really think about the colors, patterns and textures that they're going to use and I really enjoy that!

The Thing I was most excited about:

This $7 blanket scarf, is right on trend and beyond useful! Zara came out with on last year, I believe and Target decided to give a cheaper option. The size is perfect but it does have some small shedding. I can't wait to pair it with a coat and boots this winter season!

Overall the Target Dollar Spot Christmas 2017 is right on trend! The price point stays at a do-able place and they offer ton of cute gifts for teacher or friends! Have you gotten anything from this section? What do you think?

Hey friends! It's time for a new Dollar Tree Haul! This time I was able to score a few of my "wishlist" items plus some really amazing brand name deals. The Dollar Tree is really giving us tons of great seasonal decor as well as some name brand deals, you don't want to miss out on!

I wanted to share a few of my favorite finds from this haul but be sure to check out the full video to see everything I found this week! Plus we have a few laughs and lots of random chit chat!

Plaid Wood Tile Board- I have a DIY planned out and being created very soon with these! If you see these at your store pick up a couple!

ZAK! is a brand we're seeing more and more at Dollar Tree, and I couldn't be happier! Not only are the designs cute, these tumblers hold up really well!

I kicked myself last time I let these galvanized buckets pass by me! When I saw them again I had to grab 2. On the left side is a pitcher I got a few years back from AC Moore. On the Right is the DT Bucket. There's a difference in the look but overall the DT bucket will do the job!

I love the idea of adding these butterflies to my work in progress gallery wall, but I want to either spray paint them silver or gold... which do you think? I'm leaning towards silver but I wanted to see what you guys thought! Yes, No, Maybe So... lol xoxo

DIY Dollar Store Halloween Costumes 2017

Shopping for Halloween costumes can be expensive! Today I'm sharing Dollar Tree DIY costumes, that anyone can do! These costumes are perfect for last minute ideas or tight budgets, whatever your situation may be. The Dollar Store isn't the first place you'd think to get a halloween costume, but if you think outside the of box, you can come up with some epic costume ideas!

What You'll Need:

10 (more or less) Pink Boa- (seasonal kids costume section)

Elastic (I used elastic from an old skirt, you can also purchase at craft store)

Card stock paper in white and black

Pink acrylic paint in a bubble gum and darker pink shade

Large googly eyes

For this costume you can wear a pink top in any shade of pink. I wore shorts under my skirt, but another great option would be to find a body con style dress thats pink, then wear the skirt over top. Converse sneakers or heel, depending on where you are going, would both look great!

What You'll Need:

Plastic Masquerade Mask (sold in Halloween section at Dollar Tree)

Gem Stickers

Black and Purple Flowers

Feathers (sold at One Dollar Zone)

For the costumes you can pair the mask with a more dressy outfit or wear with jeans and a t-shirt. I paired it with a black shift dress and would wear ankle booties.

What You'll Need:

2 Pool Noodles

Off White or Beige Shirt (Dollar Tree sells a ton of different sizes and colors)

Pink acrylic paint

Chenille Stems in neon colors

Elastic straps to wear the donut

Tape

For this outfit I wore white paints and a blush color shirt. The brighter your outfit is, the more it will compliment the brightness of the donut.

Chic-Fil-a Copycat: Watermelon Mint Lemonade!!!

Hey friends! Some may know I have a real love for Chic-Fil-A. Those nuggets taste a little a slice of heaven! I hate to admit that we do go probable once a week (eek totally un-frugal mama, I know!) Each season they come out with new menu items and I feel in love with the Summer's Watermelon Mint Lemonade it's sweet and a little sour with the best watermelon flavor. I don't normally love their new menu items, but I think my new love for mint may have something to do with it.

The price for the Watermelon Mint Lemonade is slightly high in my book, so I thought I'd try making my own DIY version. Since all the ingredients are in season, I was able to get everything for under $10! If you're hosting a summer party, BBQ, or just want a girly adult beverage you have to try this recipe!

Hey friends!! Are Dollar Tree clothing worth buying? Today I try a ton of Dollar Tree clothing and accessories, and tell you if there a get it or forget it!

HATS:

The hats for me are so-so. I have better but if you're in a rush or on a tight budget, they will do. The Dollar Tree has a ton of different colors and patterns, you can even grab visor (taking it back to the '80's).

These "fedora" style hats are a heck no! The size is so small (or my head is huge)! The fit is terrible the color and style is great, they just need to rethink the overall design of the hat!

Dollar Tree T-shirt for the win! This is an Adult size Large, which seems snug but I love it! For cleaning, chilling or any other relaxed activity the t-shirts are worth checking out!

Hey friends! I'm a firm believer in mixing high-end home decor with lower-end pieces from Dollar Tree or the Thrift Store. Today I take you around my home and share how I'm using Dollar Tree Items in my home decor and organization. These are some of my favorite ways to use $1 to organize and decorate my space.

My Ikea bookcase has been around since little B was a baby! Its held up well but it gives me place to mix my Dollar Tree finds with other cool pieces like my new clock from the Apollo Box. I'm currently riding the succulent trains and I'm loving it! Succulents give your space color and texture yet still look neutral and kinda modern.

Top- Love picture frame- I used a Dollar Tree wedding bag, cut it to fit this white Ikea frame. Its an amazing way to get a fun graphic for cheap.

CLEANING
Hollar has a new essentials section on their site, where they sell staple items we use everyday but they are super cheap. The sizes are large, you won't be getting the trial size or mini size bottles of cleaners. My favorite find from this section has to be the Reusable Cleaning Cloth! This is a glass cleaning cloth that can be reused. It eliminates the need for glass cleaning solution, so it saves you money and it's helping the planet because you're not making extra waste. This is the ultimate Frugal Lady Must Have!

Storage

When it comes to storage, I love to find new ways to use items. Hollar had this gorgeous . Stone briar Large Glass Jar with Lid http://bit.ly/2o7lCxI for under $10 so I decided to use it to store cotton balls, but you could use it anywhere and for anything. It gives an apothecary jar feel and I just love that for the bathroom.

My favorite refresh was my makeup storage. Dollar has a private label called Just the Nest where they have storage and stationary items that are cute and cheap. I decided to use the Just the Nest Desk Organizer as storage for my makeup. The white looks clean and it holds my everyday makeup so well. The pen holder and envelope holder work so well for my makeup brushes and palettes. If I could give you 1 tip, it would be rethink everything. Just because an item is labeled for 1 thing, doesn't mean it can't work as another. I've always wanted acrylic organizers but I don't want to spend $20+ the Desk Organizer was $8 and worth every penny!

The gray storage boxes are also from the Just the Nest line and they are beautiful. The pattern and color work really well in the space but I also see them working in other areas of the house. The Round Storage Boxes by Just the Nest come with 3 boxes that can go inside of each other or can be stacked on top of each other.

One Dollar Zone Haul!! Is This Store Better Than Dollar Tree??!!!

Hi friends! In Philly a new dollar store opened called One Dollar Zone, so you know since I am a Dollar Tree addict, I had to try it out! I shared a haul on my Youtube channel of all the recent finds from Dollar Zone, so be sure to check that out.

I wanted to come here and share more information, incase you're looking for a review and don't know if you should go there or just stick to Dollar Tree.

I've been to Dollar Zone since it's recent opening and each time I go I'm able to find new cool items. The store is stocked well and it's obvious that it was put together nicely and with some thought. I never heard of this store before, but when I searched google they had a legit website and look to be opening a ton of new stores. From what I can see it looks like a East Coast dollar store, but since my West Coast love have 99cents only I ain't mad at it.

The items they sold looked to be a mix of closeouts and china based items. It was clear that a lot of the jewelry was super cheap and had a fast fashion feel. They had great items like glass wear but their party section was for sure lacking. They basically have zero makeup, but I did find some amazing makeup brushes that I LOVE! If you asked me, I'd sayOne Dollar Zone is amazing for house-hold items and crafting. The crafting section blew DT out the water. They had so many of the small craft items, you use and it was a good mix. They had meal prep containers, food storage containers but no organizations bins. They even sell clothes!

The cashiers can be slow and they stuffed 20 bucks worth of stuff in 1 plastic bag, so I make sure to take my reusable bag in when I shop.

In closing, I love the store. I think it's a great addition to Dollar Tree and they really feel like they may give DT a run for their money. They had some great brand names but had amazing off brand finds, they I never see at DT. I'm totally hooked and will add this to my list if places to check out often. If you live in the area or see one opening near you, give it a try!

DIY DOLLAR TREE LAUNDRY DETERGENT + MY LAUNRY ROUTINE!

Hey friends! In today's video I share I made my own laundry detergent, using a few of the Dollar Tree products to make it cheaper and smell even better. We substituted the Purex Crystals for the fabric crystals we've found at the dollar store.

This pin has been going around for years, but I finally found a recipe that will leave your clothes smelling amazing and clean! All of these items can be purchased at Walmart or Dollar Tree. It will cost under $20 including the glass container, cheese grater and bucket! Yes that means $20 for over 1 years worth of laundry soap!

What you will need:

1 (4 lb 12 oz) Box of Borax

1 (3 lb 7 oz) Box of Arm & Hammer Super Washing Soda

2- 32oz Awesome Orange OxyClean or Similar product found at Dollar Tree

2 (14.1 oz) Bars of Zote Soap– I used the pink bars for a stronger scent but the white bars work too

1 (4 lb) Box of Arm & Hammer Baking Soda

4 bottles Dollar Tree Fabric Crystals

Directions for DIY LAUNDRY DETERGENT

1. Grate zote soap with cheese grater or food processor.

2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bucket.

3. Use 2 -4 Tablespoons per laundry load.

Talk about easy! This is a simple Dollar Store DIY that anyone can do and it's useful. Keep it for yourself or gift it to a friend, there's a lot to go around.

Hi Friends! Let's go shop at Dollar General! I wanted to take you with me and see what good deals I could find at my local Dollar General store.

Dollar General had a great selection of cleaning/household and home decor. I was pleasantly surprised with all the items I found. I loved this section of organization and laundry.

Dollar General also had a great selection of hair care products. At a lot of store, it's hard to find hair lines for relaxed and kinky hair. DG had a good selection of hair care lines and the prices are great!
